Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission
- Online transaction charges are not part of the fee. Net Banking, Credit Card, and Debit Card charges apply as per the payment gateway.
- All fee rules given in the fee book shall remain applicable.
- Fees deposited through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking normally reach the school account after 1-2 days. It is the payer's responsibility to ensure the fee is deposited well in time.
- SkoolApps and the school shall not be responsible if a payment is refused or declined by the card supplier, bank, or payment gateway for any reason.
- SkoolApps does not warrant that the online fee payment system will be available at all times. Please submit fees before the last fee date to avoid fines or failed transactions.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Technical issue
If payment is deducted from the payer's account but does not appear in the official ERP, and the payment gateway confirms settlement, the payment will be submitted manually in the ERP after the school account receives the payment.
Resolution may take 7–10 working days after the school account receives the payment.
Multiple payments case
If a duplicate payment occurs and the payment gateway confirms it, the school will refund the duplicate amount after receiving it. This may take 7-10 working days, or the amount may be adjusted against the next month's fee as per the payer's request.
Other payments case
For any other fee discrepancy, the parent must directly contact the school. The school's decision will be final.
